Team is $24 per user per month with no seat minimum. A two-person startup pays $48; the account expands naturally as the team grows. That expansion — not a bigger upfront tier — is the revenue engine.
Price tracks code under memory
Repository limits are not a revenue lever — they keep price aligned with value. The more code a team keeps under Norma's memory, the more the plan is worth, so the allowance climbs in one direction.

Why billing is not on yet
We will not broadly turn on paid plans until the trust score itself is proven. The credit card turns on with the number, not before. Until then: free access, invite-only design partners, and honest pricing validation — no fabricated metrics, logos, or customer counts.
